Migration files in this repo aren't auto-applied to the live Supabase project. Paste the SQL below into the Supabase SQL Editor and click Run once — the script is idempotent, so re-running is safe. After it lands, click ⟳ Bootstrap missing entities again and the CSC ID back-fill + Welannee fix + annual_filing CHECK will all succeed.
